Dan Revers T’89

Founder & Managing Partner at ArcLight Capital

Mr. Revers is the founder of ArcLight and has over three decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Mr. Revers is responsible for overall investment, asset management, strategic planning, and operations of ArcLight and its funds. Prior to forming ArcLight in 2000, Mr. Revers was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Group at John Hancock Financial Services, and previously held various financial positions at Wheelabrator Technologies. Mr. Revers earned a BA from Lafayette College and an MBA from Tuck.

Adrian Anderson

Senior Vice President, Global Energy at Equinix

Adrian Anderson is the Senior Vice President, Global Energy at Equinix, where he leads the Global Power team. Adrian has worked at the intersection of hyperscale and energy for the last decade, with energy innovation roles at Apple, Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Recent notable accomplishments: the Constellation/MSFT Crane Clean Energy transaction, the Brookfield 10 gigawatt (GW) Clean Energy Collaboration, and the ~12 GW supply chain initiative with Hanwha Qcells. 

Miranda Ballentine

Distinguished Industry Fellow, Irving Institute

Miranda Ballentine is a Distinguished Industry Fellow at the Irving Institute. Previously, she was the founding CEO of the Clean Energy Buyers Alliance, the leading community of corporate energy customers focused on grid decarbonization.

Prior to CEBA, Miranda served as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Installations, Environment, & Energy), Director of Sustainability for Global Renewable Energy at Walmart, and CEO of Constant Power.

She holds a BS from Colorado State and an MBA from George Washington, and her leadership has been recognized on the TIME100 CLIMATE list.

Karsten Barde D’04 T’11

Director, U.S. Policy & Regulatory Strategy, National Grid

Karsten Barde is a director of Policy & Regulatory Strategy for National Grid’s electric & gas utility businesses in New York and Massachusetts. Karsten has helped lead clean energy innovation in the utility industry for 12 years, developing business strategy and policy, and launching new initiatives in electric transportation, grid modernization, distributed generation, building decarbonization, and the future of gas. He previously served as a manager in National Grid’s New Energy Solutions group, and spent 3 years at Pacific Gas & Electric supporting the Energy Procurement and Smart Grid teams with implementation of state energy and climate policy. He holds an MBA and undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Andrew Brannan

Managing Director, ArcLight Capital

Mr. Brannan joined ArcLight in 2015 and leads its investments into operating power generation infrastructure. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Brannan was an Associate at The NorthBridge Group, where he advised electric utilities and merchant power producers on corporate strategy. He also has experience at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on the energy investment banking team.

Mr. Brannan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dan Brouillette

Former U.S. Secretary of Energy

Dan R. Brouillette is an accomplished leader in energy, finance, strategy, and policy, with a career spanning the private and public sectors. Mr. Brouillette served as the 15th U.S. Secretary of Energy and the 19th Deputy Secretary.

In the private sector, he served as President and CEO of the Edison Electric Institute, President of Sempra Infrastructure, and in senior roles at Ford and USAA. He is currently Co-Chair at the Torridon Group. Early in his career, he was a tank commander in the U.S. Army.

Secretary Brouillette earned an MBA from Tulane and an MA from The Citadel.

Bart Cornelissen T’04

Senior Vice President, ADNOC Group

Bart Cornelissen is the Senior Vice President for Strategy, Portfolio & Market Intelligence for Downstream, Marketing & Trading at ADNOC, a leading diversified energy group taking transformative steps to make today’s energy cleaner while investing in the clean energies of tomorrow headquartered in Abu Dhabi.

As the strategy leader within Downstream, Marketing & Trading, he focused upon the processing and commercialization of ADNOC’s end-to-end value chain, including transformation, capital programs, and M&A.

Charlie Donovan

Clinical Professor, Tuck

For the past 25 years, Charlie Donovan has been working at intersections between academic finance, public policy, and global capital markets.  He was most recently principal economist at Impax Asset Management, a sustainability-focused investment firm with assets under management of roughly $40 billion. 

He served as founding executive director of the Centre for Climate Finance and Investment at Imperial College London and academic director of Imperial’s MSc Climate Change, Management and Finance program. Previously, he was head of structuring and valuation for global power at BP plc and part of the team that launched BP Alternative Energy with an $8 billion funding commitment.

Anna Foglesong D’02 T’08

Executive Director at Connected Grid Initiative

Anna Foglesong is the Executive Director of the Connected Grid Initiative, a philanthropic collaborative that serves as a hub for strategic leadership, coordination, and grantmaking for unlocking electric transmission solutions across the US. Prior to CGI, Anna was the Senior Director of Strategy and Policy Insights at MISO, focused on ensuring reliability, and spent 10 years at PG&E in various roles in strategy, policy, and procurement. Anna started her career in consulting. She has a BA from Dartmouth and an MBA from Tuck.

Jon Fouts T’92

Co-Head of the Global Power & Energy Group at Morgan Stanley

Jon Fouts is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Power & Energy Group within Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. He covers a wide range of regulated, IPP, renewable, cleantech, E&P, midstream, AI-related strategic and private equity clients. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 1995, Jon has held numerous positions in Morgan Stanley and covered several of the bank’s important corporate and financial clients. He holds an MBA from Tuck and an AB from Bowdoin College.

Edmund Gaither T’00

Independent Advisor, Energy and Natural Resources

Edmund Gaither is a global energy executive with 25 years leading strategy, finance, and M&A across Enron, Shell, and BHP. His experience spans the full value chain—from wellhead to burner tip—and he recently served as a transaction lead on the $45 billion BHP Petroleum–Woodside merger. A Tuck MBA and MALD from the Fletcher School, he brings a global perspective on capital allocation, risk, and the evolving future of oil and gas, with particular interest in emerging and developing energy markets.

Hudson Gilmer

Co-Founder & Chairman of LineVision

Hudson Gilmer brings over a decade of experience developing innovative data and analytics services for the energy industry. He oversees a team of passionate energy and technology professionals dedicated to the company’s mission of harnessing advanced sensors and analytics to improve the efficiency and resilience of power grids.

Hudson previously served as a VP at Genscape, and led commercial teams at EnvaPower and EnerNOC. He has an MBA from MIT.

Phil Giudice T’85

Board Chair, FirstLight

Phil has a half century of experience in the energy industry as a geologist, consultant, entrepreneur, executive, board member and senior policymaker.

Currently, Phil is Board Chair for FirstLight and board member of LineVision. Previously he served as Special Assistant to the President for Climate Policy in the Biden Administration and as Massachusetts Energy Undersecretary and Commissioner. Phil was CEO, executive and/or board member for several energy innovation startups including Ambri, EnerNOC, FirstFuel, and Nexus. He has an MBA from Tuck and BS from UNH.

Caroline Mann T’15

Senior Vice President, Origination at Swift Current Energy

Caroline is the Senior Vice President of Origination at Swift Current Energy— a renewable energy development company—and is responsible for overseeing the origination and structuring of revenue contracts for Swift Current’s projects. Previously, Caroline was a principal financial analyst in the wind project valuation group at NextEra Energy, and began her career at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Caroline holds an MBA from Tuck and a BA from Washington and Lee University. Bureau of Economic Research.

Erin Mansur

Faculty Director & Senior Associate Dean for Faculty & Research, Tuck

Erin Mansur is the senior associate dean for faculty and research, the Revers Professor of Business Administration, and faculty director of the Revers Center. In addition Mansur is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.

His research interests focus on industrial organization and environmental economics, primarily on questions regarding energy markets and energy policy. Before Tuck, Mansur taught in the Department of Economics at Dartmouth and at Yale University.

Carmen de Pablo T’01

CFO, Director Strategy, Sustainability, M&A and IT at Moeve

Carmen de Pablo is Chief Financial Officer at Moeve and a member of its Executive Committee. With more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, she leads Finance, ESG, Strategy, and M&A, playing a key role in the company’s transformation towards a more sustainable business model. Before joining Moeve in 2022, she held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, McKinsey, Lehman Brothers, and JP Morgan, and previously served as CFO of Gestamp, leading its IPO.

Jonathan Silverthorne D’08

Director, Revers Center for Energy, Sustainability & Innovation at Tuck

Jonathan Silverthorne is the Director of Tuck’s Revers Center. His experience spans work in the energy industry, leadership development field, and international policy. Prior to Tuck, Jonathan worked on financing and deploying solar and storage projects at Amp Energy. He previously served as founding director of the Atlantic Council’s Millennium Leadership Program and as a policy advisor in the Obama Administration. Jonathan has an MBA and MEM from Yale University and a BA from Dartmouth.

Michael Skelly P’27

Co-Founder & CEO of Grid United

Michael Skelly is a pioneer in the U.S. renewable energy industry and is the founder and CEO of Grid United, an early stage transmission development company.

He was previously the founder and president of Clean Line Energy, a company that successfully permitted some of the longest transmission lines in the U.S. Prior to Clean Line, Skelly led the growth of Horizon Wind Energy, now part of EDPR. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Notre Dame.

Matt Slaughter

Dean, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College

Matt Slaughter is the Paul Danos Dean of the Tuck School of Business, where in addition he is the Earl C. Daum 1924 Professor of International Business. He is also a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a member of the Aspen Institute Economic Strategy Group.

Kyle Teamey D’98

Managing Partner, RA Capital

Kyle Teamey is a Managing Partner at RA Capital, where he leads investments in private companies developing solutions to address climate change and environmental sustainability. Previously, Kyle was a Partner at Breakthrough Energy Ventures and a Principal at In-Q-Tel. Kyle was the CEO and co-founder of Liquid Light, developer of electrochemical processes, which was sold to Avantium.

Kyle recently retired as a Colonel in the US Army Reserve. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and masters degrees from John Hopkins, Columbia, and the Army War College.
